Finishing 2025 on a high!

Many congratulations to Eillish Satchell who submitted her PhD (early!) on the last working day of 2025. Eillish’s research looked at Māori whānau and non-Māori families experiences of out of hospital deaths where an ambulance responds. She was supervised by Natalie Anderson, Tess Moeke-Maxwell and Merryn Gott, all of whom are very proud of her achievements!

The moment of submission!

Eillish has published four papers already from her thesis - you can find them on our publications page.
